You're alive, so that means you're going to have sex. Probably lots of it. But it doesn't mean you can't protect yourself and others from HIV and other sexually-transmitted diseases.

Think twice about what you want for yourself and your community. It is fun to fuck, but it is not fun to have HIV or syphilis or gonorrhea. Unless you take charge, you:

• Can get STDs
• Can pass an STD to your partner
• Put your life in the hands of another person

You may not know you're HIV positive or that you have an STD. He may not know he's HIV positive or that he has an STD.

Be sure. Be safe.

Here's the bottom line: Use a condom...and PLENTY of lube.
